LensApp privacy policy

This policy covers the Android app LensApp: Zoom & RAL Colour (com.qbtapp.lensapp), published by Luca Tiburzio, Treviso, Italy ("we"). In short: LensApp does not collect, store or share your personal data.
Camera
LensApp asks for camera permission so it can show a magnified live image and measure the colour at the centre of the frame. The live image is processed in your phone's memory and is not uploaded or sent to us or anyone else. You can revoke the permission at any time in your phone's settings; the app will not work without it.
Saved images
If you tap save, LensApp stores that image in your phone's photo gallery. The image stays on your device: LensApp does not upload it or send it to us. You can view, share or delete saved images with your gallery app, and they are not removed when you uninstall LensApp. On Android 9 and earlier, the app asks for storage permission the first time you save.
Data we collect
None. LensApp does not request internet access, so it cannot send data anywhere. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Your settings stay on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app.
Google Play
When you download or update LensApp, Google processes data under theGoogle privacy policy. We only receive the aggregated, anonymous statistics that Google Play Console provides to all developers. LensApp uses Google Play's licence check to confirm that the app was installed from Google Play; this check is handled by the Google Play app, not by LensApp.
Emails
If you write to support@qbtapp.com, we use your email address and message only to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Children
LensApp collects no data from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to support@qbtapp.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.

Fotocamera
LensApp chiede il permesso della fotocamera per mostrare l'immagine ingrandita e misurare il colore al centro dell'inquadratura. L'immagine viene elaborata nella memoria del telefono e non viene caricata né inviata a noi o ad altri. Puoi revocare il permesso in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni del telefono; senza permesso l'app non funziona.
Immagini salvate
Se tocchi salva, LensApp memorizza l'immagine nella galleria del telefono. L'immagine resta sul dispositivo: LensApp non la carica e non la invia a noi. Puoi vedere, condividere o eliminare le immagini salvate dall'app galleria, e non vengono rimosse quando disinstalli LensApp. Su Android 9 e versioni precedenti, l'app chiede il permesso di archiviazione al primo salvataggio.
Dati raccolti
Nessuno. LensApp non chiede l'accesso a internet, quindi non può inviare dati da nessuna parte. Non ha account, analytics, pubblicità né tracciamento. Le impostazioni restano sul dispositivo e vengono eliminate quando disinstalli l'app.
Google Play
Quando scarichi o aggiorni LensApp, Google tratta i dati secondo la propriainformativa privacy. Noi riceviamo solo le statistiche aggregate e anonime che Google Play Console fornisce a tutti gli sviluppatori. LensApp usa la verifica licenza di Google Play per controllare che l'app sia stata installata da Google Play; la verifica è gestita dall'app Google Play, non da LensApp.
Se scrivi a support@qbtapp.com, usiamo indirizzo e messaggio solo per risponderti e li eliminiamo quando non servono più.
